Campaign:
Danone "És te mit szeretnél?"
Background: In 2003 Danone Ltd. assigned
us to carry out a comprehensive DM campaign as part of the autumn
promotion of the product Danone Rudi.
Tasks were:
Collecting
32.263 returned coupons
Continually
processing data
Organizing
the final prize awarding
Delivering
prizes
Building
and systematizing database
Data recording software:
Own development operation that facilitated the simple data recording,
simplified the work of data recorders and reduced potential mistakes.
Database security:
For security reasons the whole database was not accessible for
recorders, they constantly sent recorded data to one person who
managed and supervised them.
Administration:
We provided post-office box for the arriving coupons, and we registered
its address. In order to have assured the legitimacy of data management
we solicited data managing number from the Office of Commissioners
for Data Protection.
We applied for licence of organizing gambling from the Gaming
Board.
Awarding prizes:
We provided the presence of notary on the final prize awarding.
The drawing itself was executed by a special software developed
by us that selected 561 winners randomly from the database. The
whole process was authenticated by the notary.
Delivery of prizes:
We notified the winners and sent the gift tokens through letters.
Those who won expensive or fragile presents, such as hi-fi set
or notebook, could take their prizes in our office, making each
appointment previously through telephone.
Database:
After the prize awarding we filtered out mistakes and duplicate
data, closed the database, and handed it to our client in the
required form. Finally we deleted the database from our computer
as it was stipulated by the Office of Comissioners for Data Protection.
